Getting it to you.

Nothing ships before Drop 01 lands. A reservation holds your place; delivery is arranged after we have confirmed the piece with you and payment has cleared.

Handled directly, usually within one to three working days of payment. We agree a time and a place with you rather than leaving a piece with whoever happens to be in.

By courier, typically three to seven working days. The cost depends on where you are and is agreed with you before anything is sent — you will never find a delivery charge added to a total you did not see.

Not a standing service yet. Reserve and say where you are in the note, and we will come back with an honest cost. Any duties or import charges at your end are yours, and we will tell you that before you commit rather than after.

Tell us. We will chase the courier, and if a piece is genuinely lost we replace it or refund it in full — you should not have to fight a courier you never chose. Email hello@dbeegh.com or use your channel.

We collect delivery details in conversation, after the drop, precisely so they are current and correct. Please check what we read back to you — a piece sent to an address that was right last year is the one avoidable delay in all of this.
