It holds your colour and size on our list and puts you in the queue for Drop 01. It is not an order and not a payment — nothing is charged, and you are not committed to anything. When the drop is ready we reach out on the channel you gave us to confirm you still want it.

It puts you in line, in the order reservations came in. Drop 01 is a limited run, so a reservation is a strong claim rather than a cast-iron guarantee — if we cannot fulfil yours we will tell you directly rather than let you find out from silence.

Yes. Reserve again with the same phone number and the newer choice replaces the older one, or message us on your channel and we will change it for you.

At any time, for any reason, without telling us why. Message the channel you signed up on, or email hello@dbeegh.com, and we will take you off the list.

After Drop 01 lands and we have spoken. We confirm the piece is still what you want, agree delivery, and take payment then. There is no checkout on this site yet, which is why there is nowhere to enter a card.

Mobile Money — MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money — card, or cash on collection. You can set which you would prefer under Payment in your profile so we have the right thing ready when we call.

Never. We do not ask for a MoMo PIN, a card number, a CVV or bank details — not on this site, not over WhatsApp, not on a call. Anyone doing so while claiming to be dBEE is not us. Report it to hello@dbeegh.com.

100% cotton at 320 GSM — a heavyweight jersey that holds its shape rather than clinging after a wash. The cut is relaxed with a drop shoulder, and it is made in Ghana.

It is cut oversized, so your usual size gives the relaxed fit it is designed for. Size up only if you want it noticeably looser. Chest and length measurements for every size are shown when you pick a size.

Cold wash inside out, wash with like colours, and hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the print. Heavyweight cotton at 320 GSM will soften with wear rather than thin out.

Across Ghana, with delivery inside Accra handled directly. For anywhere else we agree the courier and the cost with you before anything is sent.

Not as a standing service yet. If you are outside Ghana, reserve anyway and say so in the note — we will tell you honestly what shipping would cost before you commit to anything.

Once Drop 01 has landed and payment is confirmed: usually one to three working days inside Accra, and three to seven elsewhere in Ghana. We give you a real date when we confirm, not an estimate you have to guess at.

Yes — within fourteen days of receiving it, unworn and unwashed, with any tags still on. We will exchange it for another size or colour where stock allows, or refund it. See Returns for the detail.

Tell us within fourteen days and we cover it entirely — return postage included — and replace or refund it. A fault is our problem, not yours, and nothing about the fourteen-day window limits your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.

A reservation collects a name, a phone number, the channel to reach you on and the handle there, your city, your colour and size, and an optional note. Nothing else. There is no address and no payment detail, because a reservation is not an order.

No. Your profile is stored in your own browser and never leaves it until you submit a reservation. Clearing your site data clears it, and it will not follow you to another device.

There are no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts on this site. Nothing you do here is sold or passed to anyone.
